Four-hundred Silver Shkalim

What You Need:

Ingredients

• 12 chocolate creme sandwich cookies (like oreo)

• 2 cups white chocolate melts

• ½ cup silver sprinkles

Things

• Parchment paper

• Shallow lipped tray

• Small deep microwave safe bowl

• 2 forks

• Serving Bowl

How to Make It:

1. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper about 9 inches long.

2. Pour silver sprinkles into a shallow lipped tray.

3. Put white chocolate in a small deep bowl and melt it in the microwave (or use a double boiler if you prefer). Start with 1 minute, mix the chocolate, put it in the microwave for another 20 seconds, and mix again. Repeat until the chocolate is fully melted.

4. Drop a cookie in the chocolate and push chocolate on top to completely cover the cookie.

5. Position a fork under the cookie and gently lift the cookie up and out. Tap the fork gently on the side of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate.

6. Immediately carefully drop the cookie into the sprinkles and cover the top with sprinkles.

7. Position a clean fork under the coated cookie and gently lift up. Gently place the cookie on parchment paper to dry.

8. Repeat steps 4-7 until all the cookies are coated.

9. When the chocolate is fully set, place all the cookies in the bowl.
