Wagons to Yaakov
Yosef sends many wagons and other gifts to his father with a message to come join him in Mitzrayim.
What You Need:
Ingredients
Your favorite blondies
About ½ cup chocolate chips
Things
Rectangle cookie cutter
Small circle cookie cutter
Knife
How to Make It:
Cut 4 rectangles and 16 small circles out of the blondies. Four circles for every one rectangle.
Melt about a ¼ cup of the chocolate chips.
Spread a drop of the melted chocolate in the center of a circle and immediately press a chocolate chip on top to make a wheel. Repeat with the remaining circles.
Then spread some chocolate on each corner of a rectangle where the wheels belong.
Immediately place a wheel in its place over the melted chocolate on each corner of the rectangle. Hold for a few seconds until they bond.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining rectangles.
A Blondie Recipe:
Cakey Blondies
Ingredients
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
7 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Heat the oven to 325℉.
In a large bowl combine the brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients separately in a small bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Throw in the chocolate chips and mix.
When fully combined, spread into a very well greased 9x13 baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
